This pic was a real pain in the ass. I had to redraw the outline using a pen tool and a mouse...
It would be easier with a tablet...:drool:

Nothing to big to crit here, from my (inexpert) view - One, the guy at the bottom seems a bit like he's just walking through. I'm not entirely sure what he's meant to be doing here. I don't know if you meant for that, but it stifles the meaning of the picture slightly. Two, the cloak should be variations of black/grey, which leads to Three, which is that your objects should cast shadows on each other.
On a more positive note, your concept of form seems to be quite good, although I thik it seems to be a little restricted by the space.
And I highly reccomend getting a tablet :)

whats the purpose of that little guy? is he just standing there, does het gets sucked up by the demonish creature,
also i would bring some contrast in his rope, now its just one black spot
and (but this is just an opinion) i would fix up the blurry moon,
but you're going the right way

other than what has already been stated, i like the colors, but dislike the bandage on Death's eyes. Perhaps if there was an explanation in the description?

you dislike the idea of bandage on Death's eyes or the way I made them? I don't really have explanation, I think I saw it somewhere and I liked it. I must admit that I was quite proud of the bandage when I draw it... Now I think that it looks like plasticine :XD:
